Sessions are 45-60 minutes in ​length. If you need to cancel please give a 24 hour notice or you may be charged a session fee. I will respect your time in my office.

Fees are due at the time of service. My practice has a cash rate and I accept Insurance and Medicaid. If filing insurance, co-pay will be due at the time of service.

Cash, debit or credit cards are accepted.

Resilience

Everyone has both strengths and weaknesses in their lives. I work with individuals, couples, and families to discover and increase their areas of strengths while decreasing problematic areas. Resilience is the ability to experience adversity and overcome it quickly.

Grief & Loss

 Have you experienced the loss of a loved one? Maybe you have experienced the loss of a relationship. No matter the source of your grief or loss the pain is real. I would like to walk with you through the healing process. There is a light a the end of the darkness.

Trauma

It doesn't matter how big or small the trauma was...it's still trauma and it still affects you. If it was traumatic to you then it's important and don't let anyone tell you it's not. If you have experienced trauma there is hope. I would like to offer you a safe place to begin the healing process.
